Rachel E. Conrad is a partner at Dorough & Dorough, LLC with over twenty years of commercial real estate experience.  She practices primarily in the areas of commercial and residential real estate law, condominium law and community associations law, where she assists developers and associations on a broad range of issues including the drafting of community association governing documents for planned unit developments, mixed use developments and condominium projects.  Rachel also reviews existing community association documents on behalf of the firms builder and investor clients to determine the community association issues arising in connection with the acquisition.  She has been a guest speaker at several Georgia Real Property Law seminars as well as at title company seminars where she has discussed wide range of issues applicable to homeowner associations and planned unit developments.

Rachel lives with her husband and two children in the Oak Grove area of DeKalb County.

  • Drafting restrictive covenants for builders and developers for townhome, single family and mixed use projects.
  • Drafting residential, commercial, mixed-use and master condominium documents.
  • Drafting reciprocal easement agreements and maintenance and cost sharing agreements.
  • Reviewing restrictive covenants for compliance with applicable Georgia law; and
  • Assisting community associations with amendments to and interpretations of governing documents.
