Skip Breeden

Skip Breeden practices in the area of community association law. He assists community associations by representing them in litigation, collecting unpaid assessments, interpreting and enforcing covenants, drafting amendments, reviewing contracts, and attending association meetings.

In the Community

Skip lives in the City of Sandy Springs with his wife, Heather. Skip completed Stephen Ministry certification and served through the United Methodist Church. Skip was a founding member of the Young Harris College Young Alumni Council and served two terms on the Young Harris College Alumni Board. Skip and Heather have a passion for animals and have fostered several Great Pyrenees and Cavalier King Charles Spaniels through various rescue organizations. 

Industry Experience

Early in his career, Skip spent six years representing community associations at a law firm in Alpharetta. He has over fifteen years of experience collecting debt on behalf of creditors. Prior to joining Dorough & Dorough, he was the Managing Attorney of the Georgia offices for two law firms specializing in collections. He has represented some of the largest creditors in the country, in addition to community associations. Skip served as the primary attorney in hundreds of lawsuits, mediations, and garnishments on behalf of his clients.
