Ben Ost earned a B.A. from Hope College in 2004 and received his J.D. from Vanderbilt University Law School in 2009.  He is licensed to practice in Georgia and has extensive experience representing real estate developers, community and condominium associations in business and real estate litigation.  He is an active member of the Georgia Bar Association as well as long-time member of the Community Associations Institute.  Ben’s practice consists primarily of matters related to litigation; covenant and contract construction and interpretation; covenant enforcement; assessment collection; and general governance and best practices.

In the Community 

Ben lives with his wife and three daughters in Oakhurst.  He enjoys coaching soccer, camping and playing guitar.  He is also an active member and Sunday school teacher at First Presbyterian Church of Atlanta. 

Industry Experience

Benjamin regularly represents community associations and residential developers in contract, collection and real estate litigation.  He also drafts amendments to governing documents and assists clients with minimizing future liability through good governance and business judgment.  Benjamin is a member of the Community Association Institute’s Magazine Committee and has had numerous articles published in the Georgia Commons trade magazine on a variety of community association legal topics.
