Kristi lives near Stone Mountain with her husband and dog.  Kristi is an active member in her community and enjoys volunteering at her church in her free time.

Industry Experience

Kristi’s experience representing developers, builders, lenders, investors and community associations includes:

  • Drafting restrictive covenants for single family, townhome, mixed-use and condominium projects;
  • Preparing, reviewing and negotiating purchase and sale agreements, lot takedown contracts and development agreements;
  • Preparing and reviewing loan and closing documents;
  • Drafting reciprocal easement agreements, maintenance and cost-sharing agreements, utility easements, and other agreements;
  • Reviewing restrictive covenants and related encumbrances for clients to assess risks during due diligence; and
  • Assisting community associations with amendments to and interpretations of governing documents.
