Kristi-Ann Walters is an associate in the firm. Kristi practices in the area of commercial real estate with a focus on planned community development. Kristi represents developers, builders, lenders and investors of planned communities in the acquisition, disposition and development of residential, condominium, commercial and mixed-use projects. She also represents community associations on various matters regarding governance and operation.

Industry Experience
Kristi’s experience representing developers, builders, lenders, investors and community associations includes:
- Drafting restrictive covenants for single family, townhome, mixed-use and condominium projects;
- Preparing, reviewing and negotiating purchase and sale agreements, lot takedown contracts and development agreements;
- Preparing and reviewing loan and closing documents;
- Drafting reciprocal easement agreements, maintenance and cost-sharing agreements, utility easements, and other agreements;
- Reviewing restrictive covenants and related encumbrances for clients to assess risks during due diligence; and
- Assisting community associations with amendments to and interpretations of governing documents.
